By ticking the consent box and sending the form on this website, you consent to REFRESH BIOHACKING CLINIC MEDICAL COMPLEX L.L.C S.P.C (DoH licence MF7605) processing your personal data — your name, phone number and message — in order to contact you and schedule a consultation.

What we do with the data

• We store your request in the clinic’s customer management system, together with the page it was sent from and the advertising campaign tags of your visit.
• Clinic staff use it to call or message you about your appointment.
• We do not sell it and do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Withdrawing consent and data requests

You can withdraw your consent, or ask us for access to your data or to correct or delete it, at any time: write to abu-dhabi@refreshclinic.ae.
